Oh my gosh thank you, it was a mad hunt, up early this morning to seymour searching parks and reserves, the memorial strip until the clue dropped and then it was on.

1. Dashboard Overview - Your Mission Control
Your Hub 4 dashboard is designed to provide you with everything you need to become a master token hunter. Here's what you'll find at a glance:Current Hunt Status: See which hunt is active, its theme, and how many tokens are still waiting to be found.
Member Progress: Track the number of tokens you've found and claimed.
Clue Feed: This is where new clues will appear periodically. Keep an eye on this section – new clues mean new opportunities to find tokens! Clues can come in various formats, including text, images, and even videos.
Notifications: Important updates, hints, or special challenges will pop up here. You will receive these notifications via both SMS and email, based on your registered contact details.
Your Member Number: Your unique identifier is crucial for claiming tokens. It's prominently displayed at the top of your dashboard. Remember it!
2. How to Play - The Hunt Begins!
The game is simple, but the hunt requires keen observation and a sense of adventure!Find the Clues: New clues will be regularly posted on your Clue Feed on this dashboard. These clues will be cryptic hints, riddles, images, or short videos pointing to a specific location in Melbourne. Pay close attention to all details presented!
Decipher the Clues: Put on your detective hat! Each clue will lead you to a physical location within Melbourne. This could be a landmark, a street art piece, a specific shop, or a hidden nook.
Locate the Token: Once you've successfully deciphered a clue and arrived at the location, your task is to find the hidden token. Tokens are small, discreet objects with a unique identifier or QR code. They'll be cleverly placed, but always accessible without requiring you to trespass or damage property.
Hint: Look for something that stands out, or blends in, based on the clue. Sometimes, the token might be a physical object, other times it might be a subtle symbol or code you need to note down.
Claim Your Token: This is where your Member Number comes in!
Once you find a token, it will have clear instructions on how to claim it. This might involve:
Scanning a QR Code: Many tokens will have a QR code. Scan it with your phone, and it will direct you to a claiming page.
Entering a Code: Some tokens will have a short code. You'll enter this code into the "Claim Token" section on your dashboard.
On the claiming page or within the dashboard's "Claim Token" section, you will be prompted to enter your Member Number and the unique token identifier (from the QR code scan or the physical code).
Confirm your claim. If successful, the token will be added to your "My Tokens" collection on your dashboard.
3. Your Member Number - The Key to Your Finds
Your Member Number is essential for validating your token finds.- It's displayed at the top of your dashboard for easy access.
- Do not share your Member Number with others, as it's how your claimed tokens are attributed to your account.
- When claiming a token, always double-check that you've entered your Member Number correctly.
4. Hints & Tips for a Successful Hunt
Check the Dashboard Regularly: New clues can drop at any time!Keep an Eye on Notifications: Important updates and hints will be sent directly to you via SMS and email. Make sure your contact details are up-to-date in your profile settings to receive these.
Watch and Re-watch Video Clues: Videos can contain subtle visual cues, audio hints, or even hidden messages within the frame. Don't just watch once!
Use Your Resources: Google Maps, public transport apps, and local knowledge will be your best friends.
Be Observant: The tokens are designed to be found, but they won't always be obvious. Look high, look low, look in plain sight!
Respect the City: Always be mindful of your surroundings, private property, and other people while on the hunt.
Team Up (Optional): While tokens are claimed individually with your member number, you can team up with friends to solve clues and search for tokens together!
Patience is Key: Some tokens might be trickier to find than others. Don't give up!
5. Fees & Charges
Fees are charged to your account monthly. The first charge will be applied to your account 30 days after your signup date.If you cancel your membership, you will not be charged after that point. If you have paid for that month, you will not be refunded for that month.
